The Burbank Early Childhood School is proud to house two separate, high-quality early childhood programs: a federally required Early Intervention Program and a tuition-funded preschool program. The Burbank Early Intervention Program is provided free-of-charge to Upper Arlington residents ages three to kindergarten with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Burbank's tuition-funded preschool program offers full-day and half-day options and is open to Upper Arlington residents and non-residents.
