Flyer Connection

The Upper Arlington City School District recognizes the value in notifying families and students about unique educational, intellectual, physical, and social opportunities that happen within our community. While nothing requires a school district to allow organizations access to send material home with students, the Upper Arlington City School District has created a Flyer Connection on its website to offer this service. This service is not a public forum, and the Board of Education/designee reserves the right to refuse to include a flyer if it is not in the best interests of the school community or otherwise does not meet the Board’s requirements.

You're invited to the third annual UA Cherry Blossom Celebration on April 7 at 5:00 p.m. at Mallway Park, Arlington Avenue. Upper Arlington's celebration of the Veterans Plaza grove of cherry trees is part of a broader series of activities scheduled across Central Ohio that celebrate spring, new beginnings and friendships. OK TO DELAY is a local organization helping to unite a community of parents who share a growing concern about the effects of early and excessive use of social media and smart devices. This organization is launching a survey to take the pulse of the community's current perspectives on smart devices and social media.

The Agents of Change Festival — April 10 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Upper Arlington High School — is an opportunity for parents, families, and community members to see what’s possible when students are given the freedom to think critically, solve real problems, and take ownership of their learning.

The Ohio State University's College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) will host the third annual "We Grow Scientists" event on Wednesday, April 30 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Waterman Agricultural and Natural Resources Laboratory. We Grow Scientists is a free event open to learners of all ages looking to learn more about STEAM in their community as part of the COSI Science Festival (April 30-May 3).

The B-WISER summer camp, a residential camp at The College of Wooster, offers girls in grades 7-8 a chance to pursue their interests and immerse themselves in science. With a full daily curriculum in physics, chemistry, biology, geology, engineering and other advanced topics, B-WISER is an inquiry-based learning experience.

Classroom Antics is a leader in STEAM education, offering summer camps that ignite a passion for science, technology, engineering, art, and math. The unique curriculum is designed around tools that kids love, including LEGO, Minecraft, Roblox, VEX Robotics and Scratch Jr.

Covenant Children's Center is now enrolling for the 2025-2026 school year. Programs include half-day preschool and pre-kindergarten for children ages 3 to 6 years old, and after school care for children in grades K-5 following the UA Schools schedule. 

Submit a Flyer

Nonprofit organizations wishing to have flyers posted on the district’s Flyer Connection must first submit an application, proof of nonprofit status and a PDF file of the flyer to the Communications Office by completing the online form or emailing flyerconnection@uaschools.org. All materials must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the desired date of posting. Please see the Flyer Guidelines for requirements that must be met before any application will be considered.
