Flyer Connection
The Upper Arlington City School District recognizes the value in notifying families and students about unique educational, intellectual, physical, and social opportunities that happen within our community. While nothing requires a school district to allow organizations access to send material home with students, the Upper Arlington City School District has created a Flyer Connection on its website to offer this service. This service is not a public forum, and the Board of Education/designee reserves the right to refuse to include a flyer if it is not in the best interests of the school community or otherwise does not meet the Board’s requirements.

Through December 17, the Upper Arlington High School class officers are running a clothing drive to benefit Star House, a central Ohio organization that offers support to homeless teens and young adults. High school students and families can drop off donations in the main office or in black bins along Golden Bear Boulevard.

Are you looking for a fun, educational, family-friendly activity? If so, see if Cub Scout Pack 180 is a good fit for you! Pack 180 typically meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 2151 Dorset Road.

Be WISE Residential Camp is an overnight STEM camp for girls entering the 7th and 8th grades in the fall of 2025. The camp is held at Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio from June 15-20. Applications are due by April 30.

CISV is a global organization dedicated to educating and inspiring for peace through building inter-cultural friendship, cooperation and understanding. You can learn more about a summer camp opportunity to travel to Hamburg, Germany, at an informational meeting in the Upper Arlington High School first floor north commons on December 8 from 3 to 4 p.m.

Syntero is offering free fun, interactive workshops for children in grades 2 through 5 to help them develop skills for navigating changes in routine, managing the "winter blues" and learning healthy ways to connect with others. Workshops will be held on Monday, December 23 at the Upper Arlington Library - Tremont Road Branch and Monday, December 30 at Columbus Metropolitan Library - Dublin Library.

Sunshine Early Learning Center is excited to announce that we provide after-school care to students from Tremont and Windermere elementary schools. The winner of the World Choir Games, Columbus International Children's Choir (CICC), is now enrolling new members in grades K-12. Choir rehearsals are held on Saturdays at 1220 Bethel Road, Columbus, OH 43235 (Bethel International United Methodist Church). The choir performed in top national and international venues, including the White House, Carnegie Hall, St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican, and the Great Wall of China.
Submit a Flyer
Nonprofit organizations wishing to have flyers posted on the district’s Flyer Connection must first submit an application, proof of nonprofit status and a PDF file of the flyer to the Communications Office by completing the online form or emailing flyerconnection@uaschools.org. All materials must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the desired date of posting. Please see the Flyer Guidelines for requirements that must be met before any application will be considered.
